For Standard Shipping & Handling, allow 2-14 business days for processing and shipping of your order. In most case orders arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email within 2 days with your order update and/or tracking number. In some case your order may arrive before receiving an update.

Discreet Shipping We recognize that most of our customers want to maintain their privacy when ordering adult products. For that reason all orders are shipped discreetly in either plain brown or white boxes. The return address will say "SP Package", which is our discreet name.

Return and Exchange Policy Due to public health regulations we cannot accept any returns unless they are: 1. Mechanically Defective. 2. Unopened – a 25% restocking charge will be assessed for any return that is not mechanically defective. 3. No refund will be issued for any product if it is not returned within 30 days of the original order date. 4. No refunds will be issued for any books and DVDs. DVDs will only be replaced if they are defective.

How To Obtain An Return Authorization 1. Email us here (info@adultsecretpleasures.com) with the following information to start the Process. 2. Email must contain order number, date of purchase, reason for returning and the name as shown on the billing receipt. Upon receipt of this information an authorization will be promptly emailed. 3. Once a decision has been reached to issue any credits, your credit card or any other form of payment will be credited. 4. Any credits to be issued will take place within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. * We reserve the right to determine whether a product is returnable.

Shipping Restrictions Certain states have restrictions on possession of adult products. You are responsible to find out any local laws that this restriction applies to. Please check local laws for such restrictions.

Backorders We try our hardest to ship back ordered items as soon as possible but our suppliers do not give us an arrival date. Back ordered items will be charged unless we receive notice of cancellation of that item. We will credit any credits due upon receipt of cancellation email. You are free to cancel back ordered items by sending an email with your order number. You will receive an email prior to shipment containing its tracking number.

Cancellations All cancellations MUST be requested within 24 hours of original date and time of order. In some case your order may be already processed and can not be canceled. All cancellations done after this allowed time frame will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
